General Terms and Conditions
Reservations
Reservations for hotel rooms, package offers, as well as seminar and banquet rooms are binding and subject to the General Terms and Conditions. Amendments or cancellations require written confirmation from the hotel.
Rates
The prices quoted by us are binding. Price changes due to official charges or other unforeseeable external factors are reserved. All prices are in CHF and include the applicable statutory VAT.
Name list
Kindly provide us with the exact number of hotel rooms required, along with a complete guest list, no later than two weeks prior to arrival to ensure a seamless check-in.
Check-in & Departure
Rooms are available from 4:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to return the keys to the reception by 9:00 AM. Late check-out is available upon request and subject to an additional charge.
Cancellation Policy
90 days prior to the event: Free cancellationn available
89-60 days prior to the event: 25% of the booked services will be charged
59-30 days prior to the event: 50% of the booked services will be charged
29-15 days prior to the event: 75% of the booked services will be charged
14-5 days prior to the event: 95% of the booked services will be charged
4 days prior to the event: 100% of the booked services will be charged
Force majeure
The hotel is not liable for non-fulfillment or delays due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, official orders or other unforeseeable circumstances.
Liability and insurance
The organiser undertakes to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for personal injury and property damage. The hotel shall be liable only for damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Security deposit
The hotel reserves the right to request a security deposit to cover any additional costs, damage or shortâterm changes. This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice after proper completion of the event.
No-shows and short-notice cancellations
In the event of no-show or cancellation within 14 days prior to the event, 100% of the booked services will be charged.
Changes due to official requirements
Should official orders require an adjustment of the agreed services or prices, the hotel is entitled to make such adjustments.
Service description
The agreed-upon services are detailed in the service description. Any changes or additions require a written agreement between the hotel and the organiser.
Right of amendment
The hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in the event of changes to legal or operational circumstances. Any modifications will be communicated to the organiser in a timely manner.
Further provisions
Invoices are to be settled within 15 days from the invoice date. In the event of late payment, reminder fees may be charged. The hotel reserves the right to request an advance payment or a credit card guarantee. Failure to pay punctually may result in the cancellation of the reservation without further notice.
