AGBs

Reservations for hotel rooms, package offers, as well as seminar and banquet rooms are binding and subject to the General Terms and Conditions. Amendments or cancellations require written confirmation from the hotel.

The prices quoted by us are binding. Price changes due to official charges or other unforeseeable external factors are reserved. All prices are in CHF and include the applicable statutory VAT.

Kindly provide us with the exact number of hotel rooms required, along with a complete guest list, no later than two weeks prior to arrival to ensure a seamless check-in.

Rooms are available from 4:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to return the keys to the reception by 9:00 AM. Late check-out is available upon request and subject to an additional charge.

90 days prior to the event: Free cancellationn available

89-60 days prior to the event: 25% of the booked services will be charged

59-30 days prior to the event: 50% of the booked services will be charged

29-15 days prior to the event: 75% of the booked services will be charged

14-5 days prior to the event: 95% of the booked services will be charged

4 days prior to the event: 100% of the booked services will be charged

The hotel is not liable for non-fulfillment or delays due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, official orders or other unforeseeable circumstances.

The organiser undertakes to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for personal injury and property damage. The hotel shall be liable only for damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The hotel reserves the right to request a security deposit to cover any additional costs, damage or short‐term changes. This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice after proper completion of the event.

In the event of no-show or cancellation within 14 days prior to the event, 100% of the booked services will be charged.

Should official orders require an adjustment of the agreed services or prices, the hotel is entitled to make such adjustments.

The agreed-upon services are detailed in the service description. Any changes or additions require a written agreement between the hotel and the organiser.

The hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in the event of changes to legal or operational circumstances. Any modifications will be communicated to the organiser in a timely manner.

Invoices are to be settled within 15 days from the invoice date. In the event of late payment, reminder fees may be charged. The hotel reserves the right to request an advance payment or a credit card guarantee. Failure to pay punctually may result in the cancellation of the reservation without further notice.

Guest

The Guest is liable to the Hotel for all damage and loss caused by the Guest, their companions or assistants, or event participants, without the Hotel being required to prove any fault on the part of the Guest. The Guest is responsible for the correct use and proper return of all technical equipment and facilities made available to them by the Hotel, or procured through third parties on the Hotel’s behalf, and is liable for any damage and loss. The Guest is liable for services and expenses incurred by the Hotel with third parties on the Guest’s behalf.

Third Party

If a third party makes the booking on behalf of the Guest, they are liable to the Hotel as the ordering party, jointly and severally with the Guest, for all obligations arising from the contract. Irrespective of this, every ordering party is obliged to forward all booking-relevant information to the Guest, in particular these general terms and conditions.

For the protection of all guests and staff, smoking is prohibited in all hotel rooms and on all balconies (this includes e-cigarettes and similar smoking or vaping products).
